  1. Send a text or call

    Tell me what you want done and the town where the property is located. You can include a photo to explain the work.

  2. Talk through the details

    I'll ask about the type of work, how often you need it, when you need it and the budget you have in mind.

  3. Arrange a property visit

    After asking about the project, I arrange a visit to see the property.

  4. Get an estimate after the visit

    I always need to see the property before giving a price.
